Tamara is a certified level 2 Barista by SCAA and Barista Guild of America. She passed her Level one exam and was number 30 in the country to pass Level 2. She has competed in National BGA competitions and Regionals, including brewing with Syphon and Espresso based drinks. She owned Velvet Espresso Bar the first Specialty coffee shop in NEW ORLEANS. She also owned Velvet Central Coffee in New Orleans.
Her father is a Chef and Tamara was his sous-chef starting at 10 years old. She is more of a pastry chef and enjoys making french pastries her speciality.
